1)How did you get started in the fitness industry?
I got started in the industry by becoming a sports football coach, creating and training sports conditioning sessions for all of my football teams.
2)How have you grown as a personal trainer over the years?
I’ve grown as a personal trainer by absorbing facts and opinions and being able to use both to explain in detail, a situation or statement to the public or client on what the actual facts are!
3)How do you set yourself apart as a personal trainer?                                                                                                                                    As well as a personal trainer I am also a multifunctional fitness coach that shares my own knowledge to everyone via social media and is always friendly to those that are committed in making a change to themselves and or other people.
4)What do you love most about working out?
The best thing about working out is hitting your personal bests! Why? Because then you know that your training is paying off and that you can feel and see the gains In training!
5)There are lots of opinions in the weight lifting world about wearing hand protection when lifting, when do you think a lifter should consider gloves?
Are there any brands you like to use?
The best time to wear gloves can be whenever! For maximum weight/1 rep max. For endurance 12-15 reps and not to lose grip. For body weight exercises to prevent calluses. The only gloves I use are the NewGrip gloves as they are natural grip and not artificial Like most gloves. In the way that they support your grip, not take the full weight like most gloves therefore your forearms are still gaining strength. And the sponge padding is so comfortable it just makes training a pain free experience.
